Welcome! Your safety is our priority. Our practice is open with Center for Disease Control (CDC), American Dental Association (ADA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and State mandates for Infection Control. We ask for your cooperation with all of the directives that have been put in place for your safety, safety of our employees and the doctors.
Prescreening – our office will communicate beforehand to ask some screening questions. You will be asked the same questions when you are in the office.
You will be asked to check-in from the curbside through your mobile phone. Our team will do a temperature check when you enter the office. We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in your household has been sick in the last two weeks. Temperatures over 100.4 F or any other symptoms will be rescheduled. Patients will be asked to come alone (except the handicapped and very young children), mask required for entry, and you will be asked to leave personal belongings in the car.
We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office in the reception area. Our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys and so forth, as those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
You will be asked to sign a COVID-19 screening form at seating and to rinse with 1:1 hydrogen peroxide solution. We are managing our scheduling to give a 15-30-minute air exchange in the room between patients. We are also reducing the number of patients a day. Medify Health Grade Air Purifiers are used in each operator and a daily fresh air exchange is allowed for the HVAC Air System.
All doctors and team members are vaccinated for COVID-19. Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visit to our office. Thank you for being our patient and your trust in us.
